Information Regarding Cancellations
Thank you for choosing Rote Roze.
Our salon operates on a reservation-first basis.
In order to prevent last-minute cancellations or changes from taking away appointment opportunities from other customers, we have established the following cancellation policy.
Please contact us to cancel or change your reservation no later than two days before your appointment, during business hours.
How to contact us:
If you made your reservation by phone, please call us.
If you made your reservation online, please use the URL provided in the confirmation email, or contact us by phone.
Cancellations made one day before or on the day of your appointment will incur the following fees:
Cancellation Fees
1 day before the appointment: 30% of the scheduled service fee
Same-day cancellation: 50% of the scheduled service fee
No contact / no-show: 100% of the scheduled service fee
However, in the case of unavoidable circumstances such as sudden illness or injury of yourself or a family member, or an unforeseen accident, the above fees may not apply.
Arriving Late to Your Appointment
If you expect to be late on the day of your appointment due to unavoidable circumstances, please contact the salon by phone as soon as you know.
Please note that if you arrive after your scheduled time, we may need to shorten your treatment or, in some cases, decline your appointment.
(Even if the treatment is partially shortened, the full fee for the reserved menu will still be charged.)
If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may have to cancel your appointment out of consideration for the next customer’s schedule.
In such cases, a 50% cancellation fee of the scheduled service will apply, in accordance with our policy.
Repeated changes or cancellations can affect other customers’ reservations, so we kindly ask that you refrain from doing so.
In some cases, we may decline future reservations.
